The casino has a wide selection of table games, making it fun for gambling enthusiasts. Our room cleanliness was questionable, and the bathroom could use attention. Staff at the front desk were not very welcoming during check-in. The outdoor pool area feels crowded without enough shaded spots.

Nice casino with a vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff. Room cleanliness was disappointing; we found hairs in the bathroom. Check-in was quick, but it felt overcrowded at times. The food options are great, especially the buffet. Would stay again if they improve room upkeep.

Super adult-friendly spot! The pools are for grown-ups only, which is awesome. Food at the Olmstead was top-notch—all the yummy seafood and great drinks. Our room was clean and we scored a sweet view on the 39th floor. Only thing, the mattress felt kinda worn out; a firmer one would’ve been nice!

loved that everything was in one place at borgata hotel casino & spa. the staff was friendly, and the massage was amazing. the spa access all day until your appointment was a great bonus.

we had a smooth check-in at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa thanks to a helpful clerk. the room was well maintained and cleaned properly, providing a comfortable stay. Despite a rocky start, the accommodating staff and the gracious apology we received made our experience much more enjoyable.

We enjoyed the comfortable and clean hotel rooms during our stay. Our specific needs were accommodated, making the experience enjoyable for our whole family. The restaurant variety was a highlight. I'd recommend this hotel.
